In the middle of Notre Dame's fourth loss of the season to Navy on Saturday at the New Meadowlands Stadium, Fighting Irish defensive end Kerry Neal took out his frustration with a dirty hit. Navy attempted a quarterback sneak from inside the 1-yard line. Navy's John Howell tried to block Neal from getting to his quarterback, but fell to the ground next to the pile of players. Neal took advantage and stomped on Howell's stomach, but no flag was thrown. Scroll down to watch the play.
